Suite Dreams

There's a brand new designer hotel in Paris, and its rooms come complete with levitating beds and baths,  fibre optic lighting in the ceilings that replicate stars, and unexpected interactive experiences.

Seven suites have been conceived by different designers, including an apparently very trippy Marie Antoinette suite.

Never has a good night's sleep been more originally set.

Nars To See You

Daphne Guiness is the face of the NARS Autumn-Winter 2010/11 campaign, representing the makeup brand with a vintage Hollywood and futuristic image.

Handpicked by François Nars himself, the Couture-clad Guinness previously fronted a campaign for Swiss label Akris.

Hostess With The Mostess

I just read about this fabulous cook book in Vogue Australia, which focuses on "do-ahead dishes for the dinner-party diva", suggesting recipes that can be made well in advance of your next dinner party, thereby avoiding last-minute spills and stains on your carefully prepped outfit.

A cute way of avoiding both a culinary and wardrobe malfunction.
